All merchandise purchased on our website is marked as final and is NOT ELIGIBLE for returns and/or exchanges. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return/ Exchange Conditions:

  1. This Return and Exchange policy is only applicable to orders from https://masae.top
  2. Return/Exchange of Products can be arranged for the following reasons:
    1. If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition due to manufacturing defects; or
    2. If the product is out of date or expired; or
    3. If the wrong product, which is different from the order, is delivered.



    • Products eligible for return or exchange must be unopened, unused with no additional damage and in their original packaging.
    • Provide detailed information, and to expedite the process, attach pictures and videos to support your claim.
    • We will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed.
    • Exchange and return are not allowed for change of mind.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us:
    • To initiate a Return/Exchange, please contact our customer service team at +6017 8958556 (Mon-Fri: 10 am - 11 pm, excluding public holidays) within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
    • Clearly state the reason for the return/exchange and provide your FULL ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER and ORDER NUMBER.
    • We will not entertain any claims brought to our attention after the expiry of 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
  2. Returning the Item:
    • If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
    • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging.
    • Ship the item to the provided address
    • We can only waive the shipping charges if the return is due to our oversight.
  3. Inspection and Processing
    • The return of a product does not automatically guarantee a return/ exchange, DJS AUTO PARTS TRADING will inspect returned products upon receiving them to ensure they meet the conditions for a return/ exchange.
    • If approved, the exchange will be processed within 7-14 working days of receiving the returned item.
